Ordering Toner + Other Supplies
Do you need more toner, waste containers or staples? You can request supplies in one of these three convenient ways:

Use your online Client Portal. Click on the gray button at the top of our website or visit directly here. If you have not already requested a Client Portal log-in, please call us at 865-524-1124 to set up your account. You can enter supply/service requests, track equipment volumes, make payments, track service response times, among other things!

Meter Reads
A goal of Centriworks is to make your business life as easy as possible. One way we can do this is to install a tool that generates automated meter readings. This provides a secure way to obtain meter readings (and predict toner replenishment requirements) without manual requests — and at no charge to you!
AUTOMATED METER READS
If you elect to have a meter collection tool installed, we will not need to contact you for meter reads from your equipment. All of the work is done automatically with the meter collection tool. This type of automated process helps us maintain an extraordinary 99.8% billing accuracy rate.
AUTOMATED TONER REPLACEMENT
You can also elect to utilize the meter collection tool to monitor toner usage in your equipment. The solution uses sophisticated algorithms to predict out-of-toner situations before they happen. The toner order is automatically generated in our system and shipped. No more time wasted placing toner orders and no more wasted space storing multiple cartridges.

Billing + Invoices
Our team is focused on make billing and invoicing as easy and straightforward as possible. We maintain a near-perfect billing accuracy rate (as verified by an independent third-party).
INVOICES VIA EMAIL
If you would like to receive invoices electronically, please contact us at 865-524-1124, anyone on our team can help. We’ll send the invoices to the email address that you provide.
ONLINE INVOICES VIA THE CLIENT PORTAL
You can view and pay invoices online using our Client Portal. Please contact us at 865-524-1124 to have your account set up. You will have access to many more functions than just paying invoices. Once your portal account is set up you can access the Client Portal here.
ACH PAYMENTS
We offer ACH as a form of payment and there are no fees associated with the program. This method allows us to store your ACH information in our secure vault where we will automatically pay your bills as they are generated. Participation in this program is not mandatory and is only for your convenience. You still have the option to pay via credit card with a small processing fee.
If you would like to participate in our Auto-Pay Program using ACH, simply contact Administration Department at 865-524-1124. We can update your account with your preference. Please do not send any confidential information via email. We will contact you to obtain your ACH information if you elect to do so.
LEASE PAYMENTS
Centriworks does not accept lease payments! You should send payments for leases to the remittance address on your lease package. Please pay particular attention if you have a lease through Centriworks Financial. Centriworks Financial should be set up as a separate vendor in your accounts payable system with the proper remittance address to avoid confusion.
